Historic Stays in Charlotte’s Top Neighborhoods

This property is super cute, well-maintained and very comfortable. My husband and I set our offices here for the week while visiting our daughter. It was well-stocked with ample cleaning supplies, laundry and dishwasher pods as well as a starter of cold and hot drinks. The wi-fi connection was great and the neighborhood felt very safe. The parking was ample and close making it easy to come and go. There are a lot of people walking their dogs, jogging and exercising in the area. We will look at staying again on our future visits.

The place was great! So cute and clean! Very close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores. Messaging the host is super easy and you never have to worry about not getting a quick response. You won’t regret staying here!

My family and I absolutely loved this space! The home is beautiful, comfortable and the location was perfect for our destinations for the weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely close to everything you’d need for your stay (grocery stores, coffee spots, restaurants, downtown, etc.) Thank you, Doug for being a great host, would certainly stay again!

Condo was clean and well maintained. Good communication and accurate. Everything was great, bed comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were nice. Minor details- Parking was tight. May also be time to trim the hedges in the driveway.

We had a great stay at Doug’s. We were there due to having a family member at the hospital. Location was convenient to the Atrium Medical Hospitals and to numerous restaurants. We could walk or drive a short distance to get to everything we needed.
The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We will seek this property out again for future trips to Charlotte.

Great location with plenty of street parking. Walkable to so much in the Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood areas. Responsive and friendly host.

We have family in the immediate area of this rental. It was so convenient for us! This is our second stay in this building. Doug is an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
