Doug's place is absolutely beautiful! Beautifully renovated and decorated. Neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are quiet. Very comfortable with a lot of eating places nearby by. Definitely would stay again

The apartment was great for our last minute stay. Perfect location, close to everything and very peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet but walkable and we saw plenty of people out and about first thing in the morning. The apartment itself is the perfect size, offing us enough space to spread out. I do wish I had gotten up a bit earlier to enjoy the screened in porch a bit more. Overall it was a great experience!

This small apartment was perfect for our week stay. It is cozy, well equipped with the essentials, in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants and have a parking spot if you have a rental car. Communication with our host Doug was excellent. He is sways available and responds immediately to any questions or needs you may have. We will be back for sure!

Condo is perfectly equipped, and convenient to uptown and surrounding CLT. The space was comfortable and the area was very safe. So many nice lil touches like the welcome basket packed with goodies. Doug was always friendly and responsive.

The condo was located in one of the best areas of Charlotte and beat of all, nothing was more and a 5-10 minute drive away!
The kitchen was beyond well appointed (loved the welcome basket) and the double shower head in the bathroom was amazing as well.
The living room and bedroom felt like home, and I absolutely look forward to staying again!
