The Home Collection

Founded by real estate developers Jim Hock and James Funderburk, The Home Collection furnished apartments in Charlotte are all owned, managed and maintained by the two partners, which translates into a warm and personal welcome for all guests.

Extensive travel around the world has allowed the duo to experience all manner of hospitality, and they rely on these experiences to provide guests comfortable and harmonious spaces with thoughful touches. Reviews from travel websites have been uniformly positive, and exemplify the efforts they make to take care of guests so they feel like they’re at home. The aesthetics, hospitality and prime locations of the Home Collection furnished apartments differentiate them from typical corporate apartments.

COVID-19 Update

We’re doing all we can to keep our guests safe and comfortable during the current COVID-19 crisis.

In addition to our thorough cleaning process, which includes washing all duvets, plus a 67-item cleaning checklist, we have implemented a complete disinfection protocol, using EPA-recommended disinfecting products, to ensure all surfaces and high-touch areas are disinfected and sanitized, including:

Remote controls
Light switches
Lamp switches
Miniblind wands
Stair railings
Key lockboxes and keys
Cabinet handles and knobs
Appliance handles
All countertops
All tabletops and other surfaces
All bathroom fixtures
All faucets
All hard-surfaced furniture

All hallways are disinfected at least daily. Our 510 Queens and Hermitage Court residences have private, exterior entrances.

We’re using the extra-hot cycle for laundry and dishes, and have eliminated same-day check-ins to ensure we have enough time to properly clean and disinfect each residence.

There will also be antibacterial soap and a fresh box of kleenex in the apartment, along with a supply of disinfecting wipes for use during your stay (don’t flush wipes!)

We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us and look forward to welcoming you.
